What is the Intermediary Financing and Governance (IFG) team responsible for?

The Intermediary Financing and Governance (IFG) team, part of the International Intermediary Oversight (IIO) Department, lead strategic projects like fund mergers, system migrations, and intermediary rationalization. IFG work ensures accurate client payments, supports audits, and maintains governance standards. By driving automation, enhancing oversight, and aligning with regulatory and strategic goals, IFG plays a critical role in strengthening operational integrity and enabling the organization’s financial strategy.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of an Intermediary Financing and Governance Analyst?

Core Responsibilities

You will calculate and release commission fees to clients.

You will coordinate with Transfer Agency and Sales to ensure timely, accurate fee setup and payments.

You will investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.

You will respond promptly to internal client inquiries.

You will escalate unresolved issues.

You will suggest improvements to reduce recurring exceptions.

Strategic Responsibilities

You will lead or support ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

You will provide insights to improve client experience and support distribution efforts.

Team & Collaboration

You will collaborate with internal teams across regions.

What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?

Experience in financial operations or Transfer Agency preferred.

Proactive mindset in dynamic environments.

Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Effective communicator and relationship builder.

Independent and self-managed work style.

Willingness to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office.

Shift: 8:00/10:00 – 16:30/18:30
