Job Description
Independently lead and complete interior design assignments with minimal supervision. Manage technical and design aspects of projects, including evaluating and recommending solutions tailored to client needs. Handle complex design assignments with proficiency. Develop designs aligned with client goals, contributing to schematic design and design development phases. Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E); conduct research and gather pricing, specifications, and lead times. Create plans, 3D renderings, presentation drawings, finish boards, and other visual materials. Coordinate with consultants and FF&E dealers; assist in developing FF&E specifications. Mentor junior team members and support project managers as needed. Participate in client meetings and collect programming data. Conduct field surveys and document existing conditions; create Revit models. Perform QA/QC reviews on design and technical aspects of projects. Produce construction document (CD) sets in accordance with established drawing standards. Participate in submittal processes, addenda sketches, drawing revisions, and permitting. Assist with punch-list walk-throughs and follow-up actions.

The firm is a 30-person team located in the Loop. The schedule is hybrid with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. Employees have their own desk space close to the team. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
