Interior Designer

A full-service architecture and interior design firm is looking to add an Interior Designer to their Richmond office!

Job Description:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver thoughtful, innovative design solutions. You’ll be expected to lead projects from concept through completion, while actively engaging with the local team to ensure seamless coordination and design excellence.

Lead interior design efforts on projects from programming through construction administrationCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated design solutionsParticipate in client meetings and presentations, building strong relationships and understanding client needsMentor and support junior staff, especially on larger, complex projectsContribute to the growth of the Richmond office’s portfolioTime Allocation: Client Engagement: 15%–35%, Design & Production Work: 50%–70%, Internal Team Management & Mentorship: 15%

Qualifications:

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field5+ years of experienceProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD is a plusCommercial experience is required, healthcare-specific project experience is preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86/hr.
