Job DescriptionOmni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Interior Design Manager to join our corporate design and construction team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in interior design or architecture, paired with proven experience in project management, consultant coordination, and brand standard enforcement.
You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to help manage multiple high-profile hotel design projects, coordinate with third-party design firms, and ensure alignment with Omni’s brand standards. While you’ll take ownership of specific workstreams and contribute meaningfully to project success, your role will be guided by clear direction and support as a valued contributor within a cohesive team.
You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where design excellence aligns with thoughtful project execution. This role offers visibility into the creative process while allowing you to play a key part in bringing large-scale hospitality spaces to life—on time, on brand, and on budget.

Responsibilities Coordinate multiple hospitality design projects from concept through completionManage deliverables, schedules, and consultant relationshipsReview drawing sets, FF&E specs, and design documents to ensure consistency and brand alignmentReview Purchase Orders to insure spec & brand alignmentCollaborate with internal departments (Operations, F&B, Marketing, Retail etc.) to ensure cohesive project executionParticipate in design reviewsTrack budgets, schedules, and milestones, helping to value engineer without sacrificing design intentHelp maintain and evolve Omni’s interior design and construction brand standardsContribute to a positive, collaborative team culture driven by high standards and clear communicationManage small-scale approved capital design assistance projects from start to finishSelect OSE for guestrooms & public spaces, coordinate with internal procurement team for timely deliveryManage the design & implementation of hotel signage as part of each project Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field5–8 years of experience in hospitality or commercial design2 years in a project management role managing mid to large-scale projects at interior design firm or as design manager at other hotel brandStrong understanding of design documentation, construction drawings, and FF&E specificationsMust be able to work within budget requirementsExperience designing Axminster CarpetProficiency in: AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Adobe Photoshop (or equal) and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational skills and a proactive, communicative mindsetTeam player with ability to switch gears easilyAbility to operate independently, solve problems creatively, and juggle competing prioritiesBonus Points For
