Job Overview:
\nWe are seeking a talented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dedicated PMO team working closely within our global finance team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of business practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nRequirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.\nData Analysis: Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.\nProcess Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.\nSolution Design: Develop and propose solutions that address business needs and align with organizational goals.\nDocumentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.\nTesting and Validation: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.\nStakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.\nProject Support: Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation review.\nTraining: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.\n\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\nQualifications:
\n\nExperience: Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of experience in business analysis or a similar role, preferably working within a financial field or project.\nSkills:\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT analysis, Visio, Jira).\nExperience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, SmartSheet).\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\n\n\n
