Pay Rate: $80 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, one of Canada's largest Financial Institutions, is looking to add an Interim Manager- Accounting Policy and External Reporting [IFRS 9 & 18]  for an initial term of 6 months.  There is a strong chance for this to be extended longer.  If you are a CPA with experience working on accounting/regulatory projects, then we need to talk. **note hybrid role in office 2-3 days per week.

As the Interim Manager- Accounting Policy and External Reporting [IFRS 9 & 18], you are required to have the experience and maturity to hit the ground running and add value.  You will report to the IFRS 9 and 18 Team Leads respectively and be responsible for working with both accounting policy and operational accountants.  

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;  CPA with deep hands on experience in accounting.  Specific work experience with either IFRS -9 and/or experience dealing with other IFRS/GAAP accounting standard changes. Systems savvy. Project professional who can/will commit to the duration of the project.
