Licensed Assisted Living Administrator/Residential Care Administrator needed in Washington, D.C. for 144 resident facility. Ideal candidate will have strong operational background in partnership with housekeeping, dining, nursing, and maintenance departments. 

 Pay Range: $50.00hr and up!

 

What’s the Job?

Supporting overall operations of facility. Point of contact for various departments and hiring needs. Strong understanding of compliance and standards for D.C. 

What’s Needed?

Certification in skilled care or appropriate licenses acceptable.  Compassion with working with elderly and recovering patients Strong attention to detail  Excellent emotional intelligence
