Our client, a well-known university in Boston, is seeking an Interim Director of External Education to work Monday-Friday, 35 hours a week with a compensation of $80-$85/hour. This position is ideal for individuals with knowledge of program management, the ability to plan and execute of a portfolio of external education programs and have strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and plan the execution of portfolio programs from start to finishCommunicate program expectations, deliverables to stakeholders, and timelines to participants, faculty, and internal and external partnersProvide coaching, feedback, and oversight to Program ManagersDevelop program budgets and track transactions that align with the programs plansManage relations with vendors and can negotiate contracts to ensure a seamless service deliveryCreate and maintain accurate records that allow all programs to adhere to internal procedures and align with the university's standardsManage the process of payment to faculty members, ensuring that they comply with the institutions policiesOversee and manage program activities such as documentation, data entry, refinement of planning tools, and the analysis on evaluation results A1427025HN_1754933375 To Apply for this Job Click Here
