**Description:**
Are you passionate about empowering nurses and clinical staff through education and professional development? We are seeking a dynamic **Interim** **Clinical Educator of Women's & Children's** to join our team and help shape the future of nursing excellence. In this role, you will serve as an educator, consultant, facilitator, change agent, leader, and researcher—supporting the growth of bedside nurses and clinical support staff through evidence-based practice and lifelong learning.
**LOCATION** : Saint Agnes Medical Center, Fresco, CA
**WEEKS** : 13 Weeks
**HOURS** : 40 Hours
**Pay: $3900.00 Gross Weekly Rate (includes $1300 tax free stipend)**

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related health field (required); Master’s degree (MSN or related) preferred.
+ Minimum of 3 years of Educator experience in Women's & Children's.
+ Current RN licensure in the State of California.
+ National certification in area of specialty (required within 18 months of hire).
+ Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
+ AHA ACLS/NRP certification (as applicable).
+ National certification in Nursing Professional Development (preferred).
+ Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in educational program facilitation.
+ Excellent communication, teaching, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving healthcare environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct strategic needs assessments to guide education planning.
+ Design and implement competency-based education programs aligned with organizational goals.
+ Facilitate orientation, continuing education, and leadership development for nursing staff.
+ Serve as a consultant and advisor on educational initiatives across the nursing division.
+ Promote a healthy, professional practice environment through role modeling and mentorship.
+ Lead and support change initiatives, integrating research and evidence-based practices.
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance learning and development.
+ Coordinate academic-service partnerships to support continuous learning.
