Responsibilities You will plan work and prepares performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS 9-12 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing system engineering direction and technical leadership to engineers, technicians, and IT professionals; 2) Implementing and managing the execution of rapid integration projects involving of Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Combat Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems, computer networks, IT systems and related A/V and electronic systems; 3) Leading technical innovation and organizational change to adapt with industry growth in technology; 4) Coordinating with strategic leaders and tactical partners in addition to industry to develop immediate and future solutions for the warfighter; 5) Providing technical engineering mentorship and project management direction to subordinates and other professionals.
