Intercompany Senior Analyst Role - Summary:
The Intercompany Senior Analyst is an integral role within the Financial Accounting team responsible for delivering the month-end financial information that impacts Balance Sheets and P&L. This position plays a critical part in the company's month-end close process resulting in complete accurate financial statements.
What will you be doing:
The Intercompany Accountant is responsible for preparing, managing, and controlling journal entries, balance sheets, reconciliations, and other relevant accounting issues in compliance with local legislation, US GAAP standards, and the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX).
This mainly consists of:
Intercompany invoicing/billing
Accounts Payable and Receivable Processing
Preparation, analyzing and posting of ad-hoc Journal entries.
Reconciliation tasks, including downloading the data from SAP, preparing proper reconciliation, confirming balances with country partners, solving any discrepancies within the threshold limit, determining and posting realized foreign exchange gains/losses.
Maintaining Month-end close reporting activities relating to Intercompany
Settlements and payment clearing processes
Audit & Tax ad-hoc requests
Analytical support for Controllership and Business Finance
Analyzing P&L Intercompany reports
Are you the right person for this role?

Have a degree in Finance or related areas
Have at least 2 years of experience
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Are a detail & processes-oriented person, have the ability to learn quickly and take decisions based on a given information
Have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure as well as a strong work ethic
Important! Candidates must successfully complete an Excel and Accounting test to be considered for this opportunity.
