Kforce has a client that is seeking an Interaction Designer III in Mountain View, CA. Duties: * Interaction Designer III will lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of service design projects for mid-market customers, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals * Design experience or ecosystem maps, user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, process flows, storyboards, and prototypes * Clearly articulate an end-to-end service and experience to teams across the organization to achieve broad understanding, buy-in, and alignment * Identify common patterns and behaviors across services, using this information to create durable and reusable solutions * As an Interaction Designer III, you will employ strategic thinking to defi ne a vision and horizons for projects, connecting tactical execution to broader business objectives * Foster strong cross-functional relationships with the research and design teams and other units such as service experience management, business system analytics, product management, and service delivery * Champion the use of service design methodologies, embedding best practices, and adapting new methods for continuous improvement
