Overview Shift’s Available:Days Employment Type:Part- Time Hours: 7am to 7pm Location:Providence Medical Center- Kansas City, KS AnICU Registered Nurse (RN)is a specialized healthcare professional responsible for providing intensive care to patients with life-threatening conditions. The role requires advanced skills in critical care settings, quick decision-making abilities, and compassionate patient interaction. An ICU RN monitors vital signs, blood oxygen levels, administer IV Fluids, and communicates effectively to the medical team to modify care plans accordingly. This RN can implement life-saving interventions, such as BLS, ACLS, and use specialized medical equipment like ventilators and EKGs. Current and valid state RN License. 2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. Completion of Critical Care Course preferred. 4. Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire. 5. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. 6. Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred. 7. Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred. 8.
