The program works directly with government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. The program mission is to support users within the program of record through multiple support services including operational management, information sharing, data brokering and governance, messaging support, and access management. The program is a major player in the modernization of data platforms and programs of records.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide comprehensive intelligence data, architecture, and information sharing support for DC
+ Provide intelligence information sharing and intelligence data architecture solutions with bilateral or multilateral (such as coalition) foreign partner organizations to facilitate access, identification, discovery, integration, and dissemination of relevant intelligence reporting, and better synchronize Army G2, ASCC, COCOM, and IC data related efforts within a specified theater of operation.
+ Understand and deconflict intelligence data requirements for bilateral and multilateral supporting combined/joint theater operations and Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) where applicable.
+ Help DCD and the US IC understand theater multinational C2ISR architectures, and how we facilitate rapid dissemination of releasable intelligence reporting to appropriate Unified Action Partners.
+ Work with assigned partner organizations to continuously identify information sharing or intelligence architecture gaps. Research and identify potential solutions and recommend courses of action for a government decision.
+ Identify intelligence information sharing opportunities and present solutions to the government.
+ Coordinate and schedule bilateral and multilateral VTCs or teleconferences. Troubleshoot and deconflict unique connection issues by testing and documenting connection procedures. Establish and host regular (biweekly/monthly) standing VTCs with partner organizations for information sharing and analytic exchange. Continuously engage with all partners to identify and establish additional requirements for VTC collaborations with US stakeholders.
+ Attend meetings and working groups, as directed. Provide meeting notes or after-action reports. Consolidated point of contact(s) in a centralized location for future engagements and post points of contact on the DCD FVEY Page if applicable.
+ Travel to bilateral/multilateral partner organizations to conduct site visits, audit existing intelligence architectures and information environment, and provide guidance on how to discover, access, and share information. Provide trip reports or after-action reports within five business days of travel completion.
+ Provide DCD detail layout translation of FVEY Partner intelligence architectures, detail standard operating procedure on how to communicate with each partner through each network, and how DCD can facilitate rapid dissemination of releasable intelligence reporting to appropriate Unified Action Partners.

+ Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
+ Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
+ Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
+ Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
+ Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
Clearance Required:
+ TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI polygraph
Minimum Education:
+ Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Years of Experience:
+ 12 years with Associate or 10 years with a Bachelor’s
Required Certifications:
+ CompTIA SecurityPreferred:
+ Experience in the intelligence field is beneficial. Knowledge and experience of various types of intelligence reporting.
