The Intelligence Analyst position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. These values are at the heart of our culture, help define who we are and guide our actions. **Key Responsibilities** + Risk Monitoring & Forecasting: Utilize intelligence tradecraft and data-driven methodologies to perform horizon scanning/analysis to identify and assess global security threats, geopolitical risks, supply chain vulnerabilities, and emerging global risk/hazards. + Event Response & Communication: Support real-time incident response by identifying impacted assets, assessing potential disruptions, collecting impact assessments, and coordinating with relevant organizational stakeholders. Leverage Alert Service system to send relevant stakeholder alerts and mass communications. + Risk Assessment: Analyze and evaluate risks for key locations, distribution centers, 3 rd parties, suppliers, logistics hubs, and key assets. + Threat Intelligence Integration: Leverage security intelligence platforms, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and proprietary data to provide actionable insights and situation briefings on potential threats. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader R&D Organization, Resilience Center, corporate security, business resilience teams, and global risk teams to enhance key asset preparedness and security measures. + Predictive Risk Analysis: Apply data analytics, trend analysis, metrics, and geopolitical intelligence to anticipate and mitigate emerging risks before they impact operations. + Response Team & Senior Leadership Briefings: Develop, provide, and present briefings to response teams and senior leaders to communicate real-time risk assessments and recommended actions. + Create, maintain, publish, and present dashboards of relevant business resilience related data. + Create, maintain, and publish business resilience related documents (e.g. Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plans, Site Risk Assessments, Exercise documentation, etc.). + Create, maintain, publish, and present reports including but not limited to metrics, sponsor reports, status reports, situation reports, risk assessments, horizon scanning, and mitigation activities. + Development and maintenance of process and system playbooks. + Support training, including additional intelligence analysts, as well as develop and implement awareness campaigns. + Develop, set-up, implement, and maintain systems, templates, tools, and reports. + This is a hybrid-on-site role and will be based in the company’s NYC Resilience Center and requires a proactive approach to security risk assessment and real-time threat monitoring. + May require on-call availability during business disruptions, crisis events or global security incidents. **Are you interested in being part of our Team?** • Apply quickly and efficiently online • Interview from the convenience of your own home • Weekly pay • Competitive benefits • Flexible schedules With over 80 years of protecting the things that matter, we’ve seen more than most.
