The Opportunity:

As an Intelligence Analyst supporting the FBI’s Threat Screening Center (TSC), you will play a critical role in protecting the United States from terrorism and other threat to global and national security. The TSC is the U.S. Government’s centralized authority for maintaining and managing the consolidated watchlist, which supports real-time screening and threat identification across agencies such as, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), Department of State (DoS), Department of Defense (DoD), and local law enforcement. You will analyze and evaluate multi-discipline intelligence to identify individuals who may meet national security threat criteria, directly contributing to the accuracy, integrity, and operational effectiveness of the nation’s biometrically enabled watchlist.

Responsibilities:

As a CACI Intelligence Analyst 2 supporting the TSC, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Selecting, abstracting, and compiling data from designated sources

Maintaining organized files of raw or processed intelligence data

Accessing and researching designated automated intelligence databases to identify pertinent information, facilitating data extraction and formatting according to customer specifications

Conducting preliminary evaluations and analyses of raw intelligence data, assessing factors such as detail and coverage adequacy

Receiving and analyzing information to evaluate collection capabilities against priority criminal and national security threats, indicators, and gaps

Developing and maintaining source identification products to support intelligence operations

Providing intelligence services that gather, consolidate, and synthesize locally relevant information to establish and sustain baseline domain awareness within the FBI’s area of responsibility, including identification or threat components, indicators, vulnerabilities, and intelligence gaps

Delivering comprehensive intelligence and threat analysis to support operational and strategic production requirements

Preparing detailed information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other deliverables aligned with customer requirements

Conducting briefings to designated personnel as necessary to communicate critical intelligence findings

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in intelligence analysis, criminal justice, law, data analytics, or a closely related field

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience

Must possess an active TS/SCI Clearance

Must successfully pass an FBI-administered counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination, or possess a current CI polygraph from a federal agency deemed acceptable by the FBI

Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience conducting with identity intelligence

Experience maintaining and managing the biometric watchlist

Direct Experience supporting the Threat Screening Center or Terrorist Screening Center

Proficiency with Automated Biometric Identification Systems (ABIS), Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE), Biometric Identity Intelligence Resources (BI2R), Biometrically Enabled Watchlist (BEWL), or Identity Intelligence Analytic Repository (I2AR)

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$66,100 - $135,600
