Job Summary:
The position will provide administrative support to Air Force Research Laboratory, Information Directorate, (AFRL/RI) Senior Scientists at the Rome Research Site. Specific support to include meeting/event planning, travel coordination, and calendar management. Additionally, to support the annual Command and Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Community of Interest (CoI) sponsored Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) technical exchange meeting (TEM).

Requirements:
Must be a US citizen.Five years of experience providing administrative and/or technical support to federal agencies/departments or US military.At least 5 years of demonstrated and recent experience in equivalent work.Microsoft Office proficient.Experience operating on US Government networks and systemsSuccessful background and drug screening check.Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Travel System (DTS). Familiarity with Air Force Records Management requirements.Physical Demands or Work Environment:
