Integration Test Engineer
**Integration Test Engineer** Play an important role in the verification of MR products against requirements. Your work involves preparing and executing subsystem integration and verification tests, as well as system-level verification tests. You will analyze and report the observed results, providing proactive feedback to development teams based on your experience. **Your role:** + Creating and reviewing test cases for the different HW chains in the MR products, specifically focusing at RF transmit/receive chains and EMC compatibility + Executing subsystem integration and system verification tests (both functional and non-functional) + Reporting and documenting test results in test reports and entering defects into the defect tracking system + Collaborating with development teams to investigate and conduct root cause analysis of defects + Supporting test estimation and planning activities + Staying up to date on best practices in the field of test engineering + You are a part of the System Integration & Verification (SIV) department of the global MR R&D organization. Our main responsibility is to ensure the complete and integrated MR products meet the requirements outlined in the Product Requirement Specifications. Based in Best, Netherlands, you will work closely with your SIV colleagues at various R&D locations and with other functions inside and outside of MR R&D, such as hardware, software, and systems engineering. **You're the right fit if:** **Minimum Required Qualifications** **Education** Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent. **Work Experience** Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as System Architecture, System Design, Hardware Engineering or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree. **Preferred Qualifications** + 5-10 years of experience in test engineering + Mandatory knowledge in EMC and RF chain testing + Good understanding of the hardware/software development lifecycle + Process-oriented with basic knowledge of FDA and/or ISO regulations + ISTQB foundation level certification + Experience with test management tools, such as HP ALM + Detail-oriented, flexible, and accurate + Ability to adapt to dynamic environments Strong written and spoken communication skills in English **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
