Job Requirements
Database Design and Implementation: Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to meet organizational needs. This includes creating relational databases, data lakes, and data warehouses.Data Integration: Design and implement data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage, ensuring seamless integration across systems.Data Governance: Establish standards for data quality, security, and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, business leaders, and data scientists to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.Documentation: Create detailed architectural diagrams, guidelines, and documentation for stakeholders and team members.
Work Experience
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data modeling (OLTP/OLAP), database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake), and big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Redshift.Programming Skills: Strong knowledge of Python, Scala, or similar languages for data engineering tasks.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective solutions.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Expert in Design ExecutionAbility to drive Data Mesh Agenda independentlyGCP Capability
