Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager that can hit the ground running on various projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and proven experience delivering on multiple projects. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of business outcomes across multiple acquisition integration workstreams, creating project plans from the ground up, aligning stakeholders, and guide teams through change and transformation.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Independently create project plans from the ground up
Kick off new projects and/or workstreams
Identify dependencies and think broadly about the impacts of your project on other functions/individuals
Track and escalate risks and issues
Step-in and step-up when required to pick up tasks that may be outside the standard project management scope

Skills and Requirements
Strong project management experience (3-6 years), with demonstrable background having independently delivered high-impact programs from beginning to end
Experience working with senior and executive leadership staff
Strong levels of emotional intelligence with an ability to navigate challenging interpersonal dynamics, foster collaboration, maintain composure in high-pressure environments, and exhibit empathy
Ability to quickly learn new project management and collaboration tools, as required
Ability to work in our Chicago Loop office 1-2 days a week, as required Certifications in Agile, PMO, or Change Management (Prosci)
Experience working on acquisition integration or corporate transformation programs
Experience working in a healthcare environment
Experience working in a SaaS organization null
