**CTG is seeking to fill an Integration Lead Functional opening for our client in Cincinnati, OH.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 5 months **Duties:** + Lead functional integration efforts across Core HR, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits modules. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement integrations between various HR systems. + Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional integration solutions. + Ensure successful end-to-end testing, deployment, and post-implementation support of integrations. + Provide guidance and best practices for data mapping, system interfaces, and workflow automation. + Document integration processes, configurations, and issues for future reference and compliance. **Skills:** + Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits processes. + Experience with system integrations across multiple platforms. + Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical/functional solutions. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Excellent collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams. **Experience:** + Proven experience leading functional integration projects in HR systems. + Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, talent, and benefits systems integration. + Experience in end-to-end implementation, testing, and post-go-live support. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $53.00 to $77.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
