Integration Engineer - Voice

Our platform is the heart of Infobip, processing up to 300 million transactions daily; but having a 24/7 world-wide support is what makes it so great. To maintain traffic flow and 99.99% platform uptime, it is essential to monitor, solve and prevent technical issues that affect client experience. We stand at the beginning of the process – connecting our Platform to MNO's. Connectivity team's main responsibility is the integration to our partner's platforms. We create and test new connections with MNOs/MVNOs  while performing other technical configurations and maintenance of the connections.


Responsibilities:

Integration, migration and maintenance of VoIP - SIP connections.Testing and implementing features, setting up primary routing and restrictions, and monitoring connections to ensure optimal quality.Migrating connections to new supplier platforms and Infobip Data Centers.Troubleshooting and resolving voice call flow issues.Conducting key client analysis and providing tailored technical support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Handling and resolving spam cases reported to ensure compliance and protect service integrity.


More about you:

Experience with troubleshooting or solving technical problems.Both Written and spoken fluency in English.High-level communication skills when working with clients and colleagues.Analytical approach to technical problem solving in a dynamic environment.Intermediate level of Excel.Previous experience or Interest to learn SIP/Voip is a plus.
