About this opportunity:

 

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Integration Engineer to join our team at Ericsson. This role provides an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute meaningfully to data-driven integration services. The chosen candidate will need to analyze, develop, and execute test cases, thereby ensuring adequate configuration and seamless integration of our network systems. In addition to this, the role demands a meticulous adherence to our group directives, legal, and financial requirements. In this position, you will be working within Ericsson's global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) standards, while ensuring the utmost data security and privacy. This role offers a stimulating and challenging setting that promotes continuous learning and growth.

 

You will be joining a team of around 20 members, working on delivering baseband software to customer networks and performing associated tasks such as verification, troubleshooting, and operations. The team operates in line with Ericsson’s core values: Professionalism, Respect, Perseverance, and Integrity. As the telecom industry enters a transformation phase, especially within the RAN area, you are expected to bring expertise in emerging  IT areas such as SI (System Integration) and DX (Cloud / AI / Automation etc.) to help shape future direction.

What you will do: Define project scope, quality, estimate cost and time, and plan accompanying activities.Prepare, collect, and validate scripts and configurations to ensure accuracy.Develop and execute test cases to guarantee quality and efficiency of delivery.Conduct troubleshooting to diagnose and rectify issues, or escalate where necessary.Carry out integration and migration tasks in line with our process framework and contractual obligations.Ensure that Operating System (OS), Hardware (HW), Software (SW), licenses, and configuration data is up-to-date and in the correct format.Work closely with a dynamic team to seek solutions that address customer pain points with professionalism and perseverance.Gradually expand your role: onboard to the environment in 3 months, contribute ideas by 6 months, and deliver impactful results using your expertise within 12 months.The skills you bring:
