About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as an Integration Engineer, an integral role where you will have the opportunity to manage and implement integration services. This role involves executing test cases to verify the flow and function of an integrated system. Heightened attention towards group directives, legal, and financial obligations will ensure compliance and efficiency. You will also play a key role in maintaining and implementing E+OHS, data security, and privacy processes and tools on a global and local scale.
What you will do: Lead the technical support for the commercial nationwide deployment of the latest 5G equipment and features with close communication of R&D.Lead 5G RAN verification to assess that product and network functional requirements and specifications meet customer requirements, based on strong knowledge of technical specifications such as 3GPP standardizationSupport scoping, define and design solution offering for driving end-to-end technical solutionsSupport solution discussion for the found gap with considering commercial impactPlan the implementation of the product configuration / integration workExecute product configuration, system verification and perform analysis of test resultsProvide feedback to R&DAnalyze customer technology, support to define business requirements and participate in risk analysisHave E2E technical understanding, especially 3GPP and multivendor interworkingStay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence buildWork collaboratively on new features, simulations and improvements with cross-functional development teams situated locally as well as worldwideThe skills you bring: Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of deploy system test and lead testing team.Domain experience: LTE and 5G Radio Access NetworkExperience in 5G and LTE network trial, field activities and commercial networks, especially trouble shootingStrong knowledge of LTE & NR 3GPP specifications, especially in the areas of the Physical/MAC Layer, Radio Resource Management and MobilityDetailed knowledge and ongoing access to knowledge of system design and implemented functional characteristicsExcellent planning and organizing skillsHigh level of motivation, as well as being a self-starter or a team player as neededAnalytical mindset and result orientation to deliver even when under pressureEnglish and Japanese essential
