We’re united by purpose, inspired by you.As an Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations between UKG’s solutions and third-party vendor systems. You will work closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless, high-quality integration experiences while also managing project timelines and expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with implementation teams to assess, design, and develop integration solutions tailored to customer needsLead customer facing discussions and technical discovery sessions to define requirementsUnderstand integration solutions using XML, XSLT, and data mapping toolsCollaborate with Project Managers, Solution Consultants, and Technical Teams to ensure integration tasks are delivered on timeTroubleshoot and test integrations, ensuring data accuracy and seamless communication between systemsMaintain project management tools to track integration progress and key milestonesParticipate in special projects aimed at improving integration processes, best practices, and automation
Basic Qualifications:2+ years of experience in integrations, consulting, or technical supportExperience using XML to analyze data structures and troubleshoot file transformationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and validationStrong communication skills (verbal and written) with customer-facing experienceFluent in English, verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SQL, .NET, Java, JavaScript, JSONUnderstanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) systemsKnowledge of cloud based integrations and automation toolsProject management experienceFluency in French (optional, but valued)
