**Job Description:**
Responsibilities:
**Strategic Leadership & Vision**
+ Define and execute a national strategy for Integrated Technologies aligned with Verdantas’ digital transformation goals.
+ Champion the use of Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Revit, Civil 3D, and other AEC tools to enhance project delivery and client outcomes
+ Collaborate with Area Leaders, Practice Leaders, and Project Delivery teams to embed technology into all phases of project execution
**Team & Operational Management**
+ Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Reality Capture staff, CAD technicians, application specialists, and data scientists
+ Oversee onboarding, training, and quality control processes for Integrated Technologies staff
+ Manage workload balancing, resource planning, and performance metrics to ensure high utilization and project success
**Client Engagement & Business Development**
+ Partner with Client Development Leaders and Market Sector Leads to identify and pursue new opportunities
+ Translate client needs into technical solutions and position Verdantas as a trusted advisor in digital transformation
+ Present at industry events and client meetings to showcase Verdantas’ capabilities and thought leadership
**Innovation & Technical Excellence**
+ Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as drone-based reality capture, digital twins, and AI-enhanced modeling
+ Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate ROI and scalability
+ Collaborate with the Enterprise Business Transformation Office and other technical leaders to standardize tools, templates, and workflows
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in AEC project delivery, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
+ Proven experience implementing technology solutions in MEP, civil, or infrastructure projects.
+ Deep knowledge of Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD Electrical, BIM 360) and digital project delivery platforms.
+ Strong business acumen and ability to align technology with client and organizational goals.
+ Demonstrated change management experience through effective strategy, communication, and execution.
+ Must have exceptional communication, presentation, time and project management, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
+ Strong technical skills in using Microsoft Office Suite environment
+ Must be able to travel 25% annually (air and vehicle travel)
Preferred Attributes:
+ PMP, PE, or LEED AP credentials.
+ Experience working with utility clients or on large-scale infrastructure projects.
+ Familiarity with data governance, GIS/BIM integration, and digital asset management.
**Salary Range**
175000-205000
