Integrated Service Master Planning Head for BB and B2B

Job Description Responsible in developing NTG’s 3-yr integrated service master plan specifically for BB and B2B services, aimed at delivering a network that is able to meet the current and future needs of the business and customers. This involves strategic planning towards a scalable, resilient, secure, sustainable, and efficient network, and collaborating with executives, service owners and other key stakeholders to align network plans with business objectives. This also involves end-to-end CAPEX prioritization and management, master plan benefit realization and risk management, as well as end-to-end network architecture development, continuous enhancement and alignment with IT and product roadmaps.

Leads and collaborates with Service Owners, Chapters and Territories in developing an integrated and synergized master plan for Broadband and B2B services

Collaborates with executives and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Integrated Service Master Plan with the Globe strategies and objectives (i.e., CX, Revs, EBIT, etc.)

Secures approval and communicates master plan including changes, benefits and risks to executives and key stakeholders.

Secures approval and manages CAPEX at NTG level, including CAPEX prioritization, availment forecasting and management of strategic CAPEX pivots/reallocations

Leads the development and continuous enhancement of the end-to-end network architecture ensuring it is scalable to accommodate future growth, cost-effective, resilient, secure, sustainable, operationally efficient, compliant with regulatory requirements and able to support innovations and emerging technologies
