Why Join Us | DuPont Careers (https://careers.dupont.com/us/en/whyjoinus) The **Maintenance Integrated Scheduler** is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of production equipment and facilities. This role involves working closely with maintenance teams, production staff, and other departments to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance processes. The Scheduler must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all production equipment and facilities. + Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance tasks. + Monitor schedule performance and identify potential issues to proactively schedule maintenance. + Collaborate with production staff to minimize disruption to production schedules. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs. + Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during maintenance activities. + Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance schedules and progress. + Utilize maintenance management software to track and schedule maintenance tasks. + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and reduce downtime. **Qualifications:** + A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required. + A minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or a related field preferred. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel, and ability to learn new systems quickly. + Experience with maintenance management software preferred (SAP, Prometheus, P6) + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to elements such as noise, dust, heat, cold, and chemicals. + Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, safety shoes, and respirator as required. **Working Conditions:** + This position may require standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, or climbing for extended periods of time. + Ability to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 45 lbs, pull with up to 82 lbs force, and push with up to 50 lbs force. + This role is located at the Pontchartrain Facility in Laplace Louisiana and may require less than 5% travel.
