Job Title: Integrated Project SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Integrated Project Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and storing parts data and artifacts to support approved customer maintenance concepts. You will be documenting the physical breakdown of vehicles, assemblies, and subsystems in alignment with military standards and inputting this information into the Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) database.

ResponsibilitiesOrganize and store parts data and artifacts in support of approved customer maintenance concepts.Document the physical breakdown of vehicles, assemblies, and subsystems according to military standards.Populate the applicable Data Element Definitions (DED) in the LSAR database.Obtain Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) source data.Develop and write procedures as part of the development of the Repair Parts and Special Tool List (RPSTL) and/or IETM.Generate accurate illustration requests to support RPSTL and IETM development.Liaise with Logistics Engineering groups and other departments for necessary inputs.Assist in updating status logs of assigned work.
Essential SkillsUniversity Degree or College Diploma in a technical discipline.1-2 years of relevant experience.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.Proficient communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as an automotive mechanic or mechanic assistant.Ability to read blueprints.Experience with mobile equipment.
Work Environment

This position operates in a technical setting where you will collaborate with various departments. You will utilize advanced tools and databases to manage and document technical data. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of London, Ontario.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in London,ON.
