Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Experienced)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Planning & Schedule Specialist to join our team in Long Beach, CA. In this role you will be on working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & maintain project schedules.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:

Supports preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements

Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules

Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity

Identifies and reports performance variances

Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline

Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills / Experience)

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experience in a role requiring project/program management skills

Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills / Experience):

Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau or other business intelligence systems

Experience conducting data analysis with Excel

Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology

Experience with SQL and SQL Server

Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range: $93,500 – $126,500
