Integrated Master Schedule and Project Management Analyst
**Description** Qualified candidate will provide support to Headquarters United States Air Force Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration, Nuclear Systems Integration Division (AF/A10XC). Qualified candidate will work with a team on complex and high level strategic planning and event tracking. Work will performed onsite in the Arlington, VA area (Pentagon). Duties and Responsibilities: + Coordinate for and gather program and project schedules from numerous organizations. + Arrange schedules and merge into a master schedule with supporting sub-projects using MS Project or similar project scheduling program. + Ensure all events, accomplishments, tasks, milestones, etc. are captured and sequenced and reflect all inter-dependencies. + Highlight the critical path to mission accomplishment, e.g., full operational capability at the destined location. + Adjust accomplishment and task associations and accompanying critical path when activities are accelerated, delayed, truncated, removed, etc. + Identify and note existing and potential risk areas. + Identify and organize cross-functional relationships and dependencies. + Generate graphic and text products that support daily use and senior leader decision-making,including in MS Visio. + Prepare, develop, and present talking points, briefing slides, reports, meeting read-aheads, and other materials as requested for GO/SES-level support. **Qualifications** + Possess and maintain an active Secret clearance. + Minimum of two years experience with Project Management including expertise in PERT and GANTT chart software; e.g. MS Project, MS Visio. + BA/BS and six years experience or MA/MS and four years of experience in DoD or Federal staff or Headquarters support. + Proven written communication skills with DoD senior leadership. + Excellent oral communication skills. Desired Experience and Skills: + Top Secret clearance. + DoD staff or Headquarters support experience.
