Key Responsibilities
1. Execute integrated marketing plans for the Taiwan market, including both online and offline activities.
2. Collaborate with local teams to ensure marketing activities align with the company's overall strategy.
3. Manage and optimize online promotion, including paid media promotion on social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
4. Monitor and analyze market trends, providing data-driven marketing recommendations.
5. Coordinate relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely project delivery.
6. Prepare and submit regular marketing reports, evaluating campaign effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communication within the semiconductor or related industry.
3. Familiarity with the Taiwan market and local market insights.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
6. Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working with Avnet or similar semiconductor distributors.
2. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google
Analytics, Marketo, etc.
