Job Summary:
As a Marketing Manager, Campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive company growth and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, build loyalty and drive engagement. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing activity. Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging market insights, optimizing campaign performance, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. This role requires a deep understanding of various marketing channels and a proven track record of creating and leading successful national, regional and local marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and targeted, segmented audiences. Ensure breakthrough and relevant integrated marketing campaigns that supports customer experience initiatives including (but not limited to) seasonal campaigns, new service line rollouts, business enhancements and partnerships. Develop regional and local marketing strategies and activities to increase business performance, local awareness and engagement through identified key market priorities and/or regional events/celebrations. Have channel expertise to understand and advise best campaign approach for each multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing. Develop and maintain central marketing/promotions calendar, briefs, project roadmaps, and reporting tools to ensure clear alignment, transparency, and milestone tracking for all marketing activities. Create and codify a promotional development process, in partnership with finance and operations teams Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance metrics and KPIs to refine strategies and achieve continuous improvement. Use a test-and-learn approach to iterate on creative, offers, and messaging. Partner with analytics, agencies and data teams to design A/B tests, evaluate success, and scale high-performing tactics. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer, channel, and campaign performance to derive insights, influence decisions, and drive growth-focused optimizations. Own and contribute to strategic marketing planning cycles (quarterly and annual), helping define goals, KPIs, audience targets, and budget allocation (as needed). Manage marketing budgets (as needed), allocate resources effectively, and optimize ROI on marketing investments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as operations, finance, resorts, field leadership and senior management to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. Maintain and strengthen brand positioning in the market. Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing initiatives and communications. Stays current with industry trends and market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Considers what is strategically relevant when making decisions. Manage and develop the Marketing Coordinator, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback while fostering skill growth, efficiency, and cross-team collaboration.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing role, with a track record of successfully driving marketing campaigns and achieving business goals, preferably in a B2C role Demonstrated leadership, communication, and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate/collaborate with complex teams.· Client centric with a solution driven approach – Committed to developing and managing relationships with internal partners and external vendors, contractors and agencies.
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance. Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights; familiarity with data visualization tools and marketing dashboards. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for marketing innovation – pets, hospitality, and retail. Positive and problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently with a “roll up your sleeves” approach to work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with complex workstreams and dependencies simultaneously to keep on top of detail and meet deadlines. Breaks down objectives into appropriate initiatives, actions, and milestones. Identifies where there are systems or process needs and takes steps to address. Excellent project management, organizational, and process management skills Curious nature to understand the “why” behind customer behavior or business results and work to create solutions to respond· Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, NVA Marketing Subject Matter Experts, Creative, etc. Experience developing annual or quarterly marketing plans, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align on business priorities.
Strong business acumen and ability to connect marketing activities to broader organizational objectives and financial impact. Proven experience managing direct reports, with a track record of mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members to achieve individual and organizational goals. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Monday.com.Compensation: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 and based on applicable experience.
