This role will be based in the U.S. and collaborate across functions and work with subject matter experts to build content-based tactics that complement our marcom strategy, partnering closely with internal Creative Services to execute.
Under general supervision, engage in the development and execution of marketing communications to efficiently support product launch campaigns and company brand across various communication channels. Assist in creating communication programs that promote the organization and its products and services through various means including blogs and social media, websites, product collateral, logos, or other promotional products. Collaborate with external partners/vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns. Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies.

Education: Bachelor's degree requiredExperience: 4-5 years’ experience in communications, marketing, editorial, brand management or similar role.Who you are:
Strong understanding of SEO, keyword usage and web traffic metrics.Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Knowledge of Workfront and other project management systems a plus.Client service mindset and disposition.Experience working with biotechnology, pharma, med device, life sciences, or advanced technology businesses/products is a plus.A team player mentality with strong interpersonal skills is key.Operates with a proactive mindset and be geared toward collaborative problem-solving.Amenable to ambiguity and able to see past today; can adjust to meet market demands and business realities with creativity.Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-growth environment. Create a global content strategy leveraging Avantor and supplier key messages that will be used to inform marketing campaign and channel strategy across the full marketing funnel from awareness to consideration, interest and conversion.Collaborate with marketing teams and internal Creative Services and external agencies to plan, develop and repurpose engaging content for a variety of online and offline channels. Content types include organic social media, website content, emails, presentations, videos, articles, blogs, infographics, case studies, etc.Maintain a matrix of available content to be easily accessed and updated when needed.Support creation of sales assets like presentations, brochures and digital catalogs.Work across multiple functions including integrated marketing communications, internal Creative Services, strategic marketing, portfolio and sales to ideate and build content.Optimize content according to SEO best practices.Collaborate with marketing analytics to monitor and analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics.Ensure compliance with copyright and data protection laws.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and generate new content ideas.Contribute to the development of integrated marketing communication strategic plans aligned to key initiatives and business objectives utilizing offline and digital omnichannel marketing best practices.Tailor content to target customer segments and value propositions for the most strategic workflows/products/services.Develop messaging and content tailored to key personas, audience segments and channels.Apply knowledge of suppliers and the life sciences industry to leverage the whole of Avantor's solutions and capabilities for measurable results.Provide strategic direction to cross-functional partners including the in-house and external creative services and digital teams.Collaborate with strategic marketing, commercial and portfolio teams to integrate inputs into high-performing campaigns.Monitor and report progress against targets/metrics for overall campaign results. Develop actionable insights to address gaps or resistance.Support concept development, content creation, and design for marketing materials, digital assets, and trade collateral that effectively communicate product value to customers.

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$77,300.00 - $128,700.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
