We are looking for a Integrated Business Planning who will be based in Jakarta.

Your ‘day to day’

1. IBP Process Execution & Facilitation

Support the monthly IBP cycle, including Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-S&OP, and Executive S&OP meetings.Coordinate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to gather and validate data inputs.Ensure timely submission of forecasts and plans in planning systems.

2. Forecasting & Planning Support

 Assist in generating and analyzing rolling forecasts (volume and value).Provide insights on forecast accuracy, demand trends, and supply gaps.Collaborate with demand planners and supply planners to reconcile forecast vs. actual.

3. Data Management & Analysis

Prepare dashboards and reports for IBP meetings (e.g., KPI tracking, risk & opportunity analysis, capacity planning).Conduct root cause analysis for forecast errors and service level deviations.

4. System & Tools Utilization

Operate planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, O9, or Excel-based models).Ensure master data accuracy and system integrity.Drive improvements in planning tool utilization.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between planning, commercial, and finance teams.Support alignment between operational plans and financial targets.

6. Continuous Improvement

 Identify opportunities to enhance the IBP process, improve forecast accuracy, reduce inventory, or optimize working capital.Participate in or lead process improvement initiatives.

Who we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering2+ years experience in planning, supply chain, or business analytics roles.Fluent in English, both verbal and writtenFamiliarity with IBP/S&OP concepts and ERP systems.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
