As an IBP Trainee, you won’t just shadow tasks—you’ll own projects that influence real-time business decisions. You’ll work alongside experienced planners, data experts, and cross-functional teams to shape the future of how we forecast, plan, and perform across markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

Upload and manage weekly forecasts in our planning toolsPartner with commercial teams to analyze actuals, forecasts & trendsDive into inventory data to find patterns and optimize stock levelsSupport the digital transformation of planning tools via Power BI, Excel VBA, SharePoint, and moreDesign and improve dashboards for real-time business insightsTrack forecast accuracy and identify performance opportunitiesAssist in documenting processes and building service level agreements (SLAs)

 

What We’re Looking For

Completed bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldAdvanced Excel skills including the ability to build interactive dashboardsProficiency in English;  written and spokenExperience or familiarity with Power BI and other data visualization toolsA passion for numbers, logic, and storytelling through dataBonus points if you’ve explored automation tools like Power Automate, Alteryx, or VBA
