+ **Salary:** 75,000 - 85,000 per year
+ **Annual Bonus** : 10,000 (Based on performance)
+ **Shift: 1pm to 10pm Monday to Friday**
+ **(Daylight Savings Time: 12pm to 9pm)**
**Key Responsibilities:**
? **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor a high performing
team of attorneys and intake representatives, fostering a results-oriented
environment focused on meeting and exceeding key performance targets,
including lead conversion and revenue goals.
? **Process Management:** Develop, implement, and continuously refine intake
procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and strict compliance with
California Lemon Law regulations, all while aligning with departmental goals
and measurable outcomes.
? **Client Engagement:** Oversee initial client contact, ensuring inquiries are
handled promptly and professionally, with a focus on converting leads into
clients and driving the intake pipeline to meet conversion goals. Track lead
conversion rate and ensure optimal engagement at every touchpoint.
? **Training and Development:** Design and deliver comprehensive training
programs to equip intake staff with the knowledge necessary to drive
performance, maximize conversion rates, and meet sales targets within the
Lemon Law practice. Emphasize the importance of average response time
and close rate in client interactions.
? **Performance Monitoring:** Regularly track and analyze key performance
indicators (KPIs), such as lead conversion rate, cost per lead (CPL), sales
cycle length, and others. Identify trends and implement strategies to achieve
or exceed intake and conversion targets, ensuring the team stays focused on
measurable goals and client satisfaction.
? **Collaboration:** Work closely with the legal and client services teams to
ensure smooth transitions of cases from intake through settlement,
maintaining strong communication and documentation while driving the
business towards meeting overall firm targets. Keep track of pipeline health
to ensure consistent workflow.
? **Technology Utilization:** Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to
effectively manage client data, track interactions, monitor progress toward

performance goals (such as team productivity), and generate reports that
drive performance evaluation and decision-making.
? Any other tasks assigned by management.
**Qualifications:**
? **Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.**
**? Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center or client services**
**environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.**
**? Full professional fluency in English, both verbal and written.**
**? Proven ability to manage sales KPIs such as lead conversion rate, cost per**
**lead (CPL), and sales cycle length.**
**? Experience with legal intake procedures, particularly in personal injury or**
**Lemon Law cases, is a significant asset.**
**? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data, develop insights, and implement strategies for performance improvement.**
**? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service**
**standards.**
**? Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) for client interaction**
**tracking, case management, and performance evaluation, along with strong**
**knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.**
**? Familiarity with VoIP phone systems is required.**
**? Proven experience in a client-facing or call center environment, with**
**demonstrated leadership responsibilities and experience in designing training**
**programs to enhance sales skills and customer service excellence.**
**? Strong project management skills, particularly**
**Pay Details:** $1.00 per hour
