Intake Manager

. Lead, manage, and support the intake team, including both internal staff and partner home health (PH) team members.
2. Oversee day-to-day intake operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of referrals and new patient intakes.
3. Actively perform intake duties as needed to support team coverage and ensure timely processing of referrals.
4. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority calls and issues, resolving concerns professionally and promptly.
5. Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Assistant (EA) to design, implement, and facilitate training programs and process improvement plans for the intake team.
6. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations, including HIPAA and other healthcare standards.
7. Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of intake documentation.
8. Run and analyze performance reports related to intake activities, identifying trends and areas for process improvement.
9. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems, CRM tools, and other platforms effectively for data tracking and communication.
10. Serve as a liaison between the intake team and clinical, scheduling, and billing departments.
11. Cover on weekends as needed.
