Intake Coordinator - Telehealth
Ready for a summer schedule that works for you? ☀️ Get ready for Summer Fun Fridays!  We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!    Real Help is seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join our growing Telehealth team!  The Intake Coordinator manages all aspects of the registration and admissions process for Real Help’s Telehealth team. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, gathering referral information, verifying insurance coverage, and scheduling clients’ appointments.  To be successful in the Intake Coordinator position, you need to be highly organized, detail oriented, and have a working knowledge of payer portals, co-pays, deductibles, and health insurance benefits. Top candidates will also have excellent interpersonal skills and work well as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, clinicians, nurse practitioners, and peers.    If you’re looking for rewarding work, have experience working in a behavioral health environment, and enjoy helping people obtain the support they need, don’t miss this career opportunity!    This is a remote position, but candidates MUST reside in MA, NH, RI, NY, or FL, and have a strong working knowledge of, and experience working with, Massachusetts insurance benefits and authorizations.    Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred for this role.   Qualifications:  HS Diploma or equivalent   Minimum of 2 years of patient intake and scheduling experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting  Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred  Must be available for full-time, dayshift hours between 830am – 430pm  Must be able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace  Strong working knowledge of Massachusetts insurance benefits and authorizations  Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR)  Experience working with and helping clients with co-occurring disorders  Must have prior experience with behavioral health field  Ability to keep client and company confidence  Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress  Strong time management and organizational skills      Benefits:  Health, dental & vision  3 weeks paid vacation  11 paid holidays (including Juneteenth, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and NY Eve.)  Generous sick time including mental health days  401k retirement plan with up to 4% match  Voluntary short and long-term disability  Voluntary Life Insurance  Dependent care savings account  Longevity award - Monetary bonus and a vacation day annually  Company provided laptop and cell phone  Opportunity for professional growth  Tuition Reimbursement   Personal cell phone discount      Compensation:  Full Time - Salary
