Insurer and Consumer Specialist

We are seeking a two talented individuals to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Marsh. This role will be based in Auckland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

2 x Permanent, full-time positions (37.5 hours per week)Monday - Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)Salary banding $60,000 - $65,000 NZD

We will count on you to:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to brokers, risk advisors, senior risk advisors, and principals, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Produce and process various documentation, including correspondence, invoices, quotations, renewal reports, and claims documentation, with accuracy and timeliness.Maintain up-to-date records in our computer systems and follow up on outstanding documentation and debtors’ correspondence.Assist in preparing materials for pre-renewal and broking meetings, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel charts/graphs.Adapt to changing duties as required to meet the evolving needs of the business.

What you need to have:

At least 1 year of relevant experience in Employee BenefitsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong oral and written communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.A flexible, adaptive, and proactive approach to work.
