The Ultra High Net Worth Insurance Specialist/Officer will be accountable for sales revenue within assigned client segments. Develops new business and is an active producer. Builds relationships with various areas of the Bank as well as external referral sources. Conducts ongoing training for Bank segment employees with respect to the full suite of insurance offerings and the identification of insurance needs
As our Insurance Specialist you will:
Identiffy new business opportunities through trusted partnerships and internal and external referral channelsBuild and manages relationships with UHNW clients and their advisorsWork in conjunction with private bankers, wealth planners, tax advisors and legal professionals to develop wealth planning strategiesPosition himself/herself as a key advisor by providing compliant, client-centric insurance solutionsEducate partners and conduct ongoing training with respect to the value of Life Insurance in estate planning, wealth preservation and liquidity creationDevelop individualized/bespoke proposals for clients and ensures the proper handling of any subsequent claimsRequired to be client-service orientated and proactively look for ways to increase revenues, improve customer service, and add value to our internal Group partnersTrack carrier and product performance against benchmark standards. Recommends shifts in providers and /or product offerings on an as needed basisDevelop strategic plans, objectives, and goals that support the sales model and affluent client strategyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end to end deliveryPrepare weekly / monthly management reportsFor this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $145,400.00 and $218,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
