Insurance Senior Associate / LiabilityPlay a key role in managing complex indemnity, liability, and personal injury matters, including property claims.
What are my accountabilities?
Manage end-to-end claims, including interpreting insurance policies, negotiating settlements, and resolving claims efficiently.
Oversee a portfolio of claims, assessing eligibility and driving timely outcomes.
Provide strategic legal advice on public liability matters and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
Prepare detailed reports and correspondence for stakeholders.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate claim resolution.
About you:
Degree in Law or extensive experience in public liability and property claims.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and statutory insurance obligations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven experience in claims management and legal compliance.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
