Insurance Regulatory Associate – Marsh Specialty

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join Marsh in our UK Specialty Governance Team in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement to work two days per week in the office.

The role: Insurance Regulatory Associate – Marsh Specialty     
 

As an Insurance Regulatory Associate within our UK Specialty Governance Team, you will play a vital role in providing regular reports and data that facilitate effective collaboration with the second line of defence (2LOD) and the Specialty Practices. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the team has the necessary tools to succeed.
 

We will rely on you to:
 

Maintain and improve the Specialty Central document repository alongside:

Monthly tasks

Assist in monthly conduct reportingProduce monthly headcount reportsAssist in compiling and publishing of the Monthly Specialty newsletter, collaborating with Marketing and HR to ensure timely publicationCoordinate monthly Quality Assurance report to CEOIssue monthly training reminders

Quarterly tasks

Quarterly Reviewable Projects returns to the CEO officeCoordinate quarterly E&O sweepsWorking with the Central Business resilience Team to deliver the annual Business Resiliency plan for Specialty Central, and ad hoc coordination Business Resiliency for the Specialty Practices.

Annual tasks

Coordinate annual FCA trading names sweepCoordinate annual Client Directed Funds attestation

Ongoing tasks

Maintain Marsh Ltd reinsurance broker licences for some overseas jurisdictions, some quarterly returns, some annual, some less frequent

What you need to have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organisational skills.A methodical approach to work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Background in insurance is preferred but not essential; candidates with experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or executive assistant will also be considered.

Experience in regulatory compliance or business resilience.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.Familiarity with audit trails and reporting processes.
