Insurance Project Manager
Insurance Project Manager Your main functions and responsibilities: + Participate in the implementation of complex insurance programs that includes different sales channels, products, processes, services + Development of new products (creation of all policy documentation, preparation of IT requirements, testing, monitoring. + Analyse risk in insurance proposals, determine policy terms and calculate premiums on the basis of actuarial, statistical and background information. + Develop a strong relationship with insurers and clients maintaining regular communications + Quote and authorize businesses within established corporate guidelines and delegated authority parameters + Manage, strengthen, and grow book of profitable businesses + Manage any issues, risks, and concerns with the performance of the insurance programs + Coordinate trainings related to the external client facing programs + Undertake other duties as required by the team leader, providing they are appropriate to the position Requirements: + Insurance background is a must (experience working with property line products and coverages is an advantage) + Ability to create relationships and communicate clearly at all levels and with a wide range of people + Analytical problem-solving skills are a key strength, and you should possess a can-do attitude + Analytical Skills: ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyse, study or examine data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions + English Communication skills, both oral and written, are required We offer: + Covering maternity leave (Fixed-term contract) + Opportunity for self-fulfillment and long-term international career + Dynamic work environment + Supportive and ambitious team + Salary between 2200-3000 €/monthly gross How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
