WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As an Insurance Digital Distribution Manager, you will promote the insurance business development in all digital and remote/telemarketing sales channels, across all markets in SCF (Europe + Latin America), in cooperation with the local Insurance Units.
The business generates >250 M€ Gross Written Premiums per year, with 70% stemming from the digital channels (>40 non-assisted and assisted digital sales channels), and the remaining part stemming from the telemarketing sales channels (16 call centres in 10 countries, >300 telephone agents, 2M leads / year).
Your main responsibilities consist of:
Ensuring the continuous development and growth of the business, by fostering best practice sharing across all countriesIdentifying new and innovative tools and technologies including AI based solutions, which should play a key role in the optimization of customer journeys to better inform customers and accelerate the performancePromoting digital insurance sales with our external partners (market-places, car manufacturers, telephone operators, …)Coordination of transformational projects with other areas, such as the launch of new digital sales channels, or process optimizationsEstablishing yearly budgets and objectives for the business, together with the local unitsDefinition and monitoring of the main sales performance KPIsEXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 - 7 year proven experience with the optimization of digital sales channels, either in the financial sector or in other business sectorsCoordination of multi-country projects and teams in several countriesEDUCATION
University degree (Economics, Engineering, …)
