PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an Insurance & Claims Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting a leading organization in Camden, NJ. In this high-impact role, you'll play a vital part in streamlining claims processing, managing insurance documentation, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Your attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly will help ensure critical business functions run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Provide administrative support across insurance and claims-related tasks

Coordinate and monitor claims administration and resolution processes

Analyze insurance and claims data, generate reports, and create dashboards

Assist with drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Execute special projects and meet short turnaround deadlines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving systems and processes

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, dashboards, analytics platforms)

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills & Background:

Experience in claims administration or insurance support

Familiarity with project management principles

Comfort with adapting to new technology and tools quickly

Pay Details: $31.00 per hour
