Insurance Broker - Health & Benefits

As an Insurance Broker in our Health and Benefits team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients by delivering high-quality insurance brokerage services and tailored consulting support

The Role

•    Manage the implementation and administration of insurance programs for both new and existing clients, with a particular focus on strategic accounts.
•    Prepare and present insurance offers, business correspondence, and periodic reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects by identifying insurance needs and offering suitable solutions through regular meetings and prompt support.
•    Oversee negotiations, issuance of insurance contracts and policies, and ensure their proper implementation.
•    Support clients’ employees with day-to-day questions related to the use of health and benefits insurance, claims, and reimbursement procedures.
•    Report and handle claims on behalf of clients, ensuring smooth coordination with insurers.
•    Assist in the budgeting process and track premium payments, including monthly reporting on the premium status of insured clients.
•    Accurately process and maintain client and policy data in the internal IT system in accordance with company procedures.
•    Support internal initiatives and perform other tasks assigned by the Director or Head of Health and Benefits.

The Requirements

•    2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally in corporate or life/health insurance
•    University degree
•    Insurance brokerage license is a plus
•    Technical knowledge of insurance contracts and structures
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills in Serbian and English
•    Negotiation skills and a strong client focus
•    Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with agency management systems
 

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work to support flexibility.
