Key Responsibilities: + Execute detailed account clean-up projects with accuracy and efficiency. + Review claims and denials to assess validity and facilitate their resolution. + Identify missing information, gather required data, and ensure proper documentation necessary for claim resolution. + Manage disputes and appeals by crafting compelling arguments for settlement outcomes. + Collaborate across departments to drive smooth resolution of issues related to claims. + Stay informed on current billing guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance at all times. Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills: + Previous experience in claims processing, account clean-up, or within a laboratory setting. + High proficiency in data entry, coupled with excellent organizational skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. + Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), particularly for dispute and appeal processes. + Familiarity with basic medical billing codes and practices. + Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
