Responsibilities
•Position Objective: To achieve growth goals as defined by the agency through effective and efficient underwriting systems, processes, and quality controls
•Achieve quarterly performance targets as assigned by agency
•Aid the agency in the development of retention goals & drive them towards their stated goal
•Aid agency in meeting of production goals by Attracting, Capturing, Nurturing, Converting, Delivering and Satisfying, Up-Selling and getting Referrals
•Must demonstrate ability to prospect new clients and existing client opportunities
•Submit bound policy and supporting documents to the companies
•Must demonstrate ability to exceed customer expectations after the sale
•Update Account Rounding Bonus Tracker daily and turned in by the date given
•Ongoing training to improve the overall quality of underwriting and sales skills
•Maintain Training Schedules assigned by Agency
•Prospecting Targets – Attracting, Capturing & Nurturing potential clients through referrals
•Quote Volume Targets – Internal Data Management & Reporting of Sales Opportunities
•Retention by Product Line(s) – Nurturing and Servicing with Excellence
•Promptness on resolving issues
