### Job Duties Prepare insurance quotes for new and existing customers. Reviews insurance policy renewals with customers. Assists customers with complaints and problems. Identifies customers insurance needs and recommends appropriate coverages. Assist customers with reporting claims and explaining the claims process. Answers customer inquiries & assists customers with any changes to their insurance policies. Maintains good customer relations by demonstrating friendly and professional behavior.
